It’s been about 26 days since I brewed my Russian Imperial Stout and the beer is finally ready. My friend Luis helped me brew it so I had to bring him over and pour him a tall glass of beer so he could let me know what he thinks…
The results?
I recorded him and his wife and I’m not sure if I believe them, but on a scale of 1 to 10 (ten being good) I’d say the beer is pretty friggin’ good…
